Youth Facilitation Coordinator

[TWO POSITIONS OPEN - MARYLAND-BASED AND VIRGINIA-BASED] The Youth Facilitation Coordinator will deliver AALEAD program content and activities to AAPI youth through after-school and summer activities. This individual will be responsible for content delivery; building strong, trusting relationships with youth program participants and their parents; tracking the results and outcomes for the students in their programs; and engaging in the recruitment of participants. 

Youth Council Coordinator (Part-Time)

The DC Youth Facilitation Coordinator will lead the DC Youth Council initiative, a cohort of up to 15 DC high school-aged youth interested in leadership development, and manage the elected Youth Council Ambassadors. This individual will be responsible for content delivery; building strong, trusting relationships with youth program participants and their parents; tracking the results and outcomes for the students in their programs; and engaging in the recruitment of participants.

Mentoring & Volunteer Coordinator 

The Mentoring/Volunteer Coordinator will assist in executing AALEAD’s mentoring and volunteer programs. This position is part of a team committed to providing opportunities and support for youth from underserved communities. This position will report to the Mentoring and Volunteer Manager and have a hybrid schedule with travel to DC, Fairfax County, and Montgomery County.

Program Manager

The Program Manager will oversee the successful coordination of program materials and supply logistics and successful implementation of AALEAD afterschool and summer youth programs in Montgomery County, Maryland. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of programs focused on helping youth connect with and grow in three outcome areas: Educational empowerment, Leadership, and Identity.
