George Men

George Men is a Director at Cushman & Wakefield, representing corporate users, non-profits, and associations in navigating their real estate needs both locally and nationally. With a focus on delivering strategic solutions, he has successfully guided clients through the complexities of commercial real estate, from lease analysis and negotiations to property acquisitions/dispositions, strategic planning, and portfolio management.

Outside of work, George is deeply committed to supporting the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) community. As a former board member and Vice President of Economic Development for OCA-DC, he played a key role in advancing initiatives within the AAPI community. George is also passionate about youth advocacy and has been a wish-granting volunteer with the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

A Maryland native, George has a strong connection to the DMV area and is proud to be an alum of the University of Maryland. He has a love for food, traveling, and planning trips centered around culinary experiences. To balance out all the eating, he enjoys staying active through boxing and basketball. George lives in Arlington with his wife, newborn daughter, and puppy.
