Meet the AALEAD Board

The AALEAD Board is a group of individuals who are responsible for overseeing the AALEAD’s activities and meet periodically to discuss and vote on the affairs of the organization.  AALEAD’s Board is made up of 12 individuals representing 8 Asian ethnic groups as well as a balance of other identities that reflect AALEAD’s families including varied religions, educational attainment, age, gender, and careers.

The primary role of the Board is to ensure AALEAD will be around for many years for future low-income and underserved Asian Pacific American youth. They do this by making sure the organization is strong and healthy, has the necessary resources and the leadership to fulfill its mission and vision.  It is a significant responsibility and you can learn more about all of AALEAD’s Board members HERE!

While they have very serious tasks at hand, the AALEAD Board is also part of the AALEAD family and what is unique about the board beyond their diversity is they love to have fun as well!  Come learn a little bit more about some of AALEAD’s Board members:
